I am seeking the nomination for Riverdale North

Riverdale North is my home. It’s where I lived when I first moved to the Yukon 25 years ago. Though I’ve come and gone over the years, I’ve settled back in this neighbourhood and continue to live and play in this community. The Yukon is full of people who care about each other and about this territory. That’s what matters most to me, and it’s why I’m seeking the Yukon Liberal nomination in Riverdale North for the next territorial election.

I want to thank Nils Clarke for his years of service and dedication to our community. He has brought care, integrity, and steady leadership to his work as MLA, and I’m grateful for the foundation he’s built.

For most of my life, I’ve been passionate about making things better here. As a community organizer, outreach worker, trauma counsellor, and small business owner, I’ve worked with Yukoners from all walks of life. I’ve been in people’s corners, and they’ve been in mine, when times were hard. I’ve helped build programs and services from the ground up, shown up, stayed late, and kept going when the work was tough.

I believe in a Yukon where we take care of each other. A Yukon with strong public services, climate action, reconciliation, and a fair economy that moves us all forward together. I believe in smart, compassionate social policy. I believe we owe each other strong schools, universal health care, meaningful environmental action, safe communities, and an economy that makes room for everyone.

Whether it’s at your doors, out on the trails, or in my studio working with clients, I’m always grateful for the chance to connect with Yukoners. Listening to your stories, capturing your milestones, and hearing your hopes and challenges keeps me inspired, both in my work and on this path toward nomination.

I see the challenges. Housing that’s out of reach. Services that don’t go far enough. Safety and mental health concerns that too many people face alone. I also see what’s possible. This territory is full of grit, heart, and imagination. We deserve a government that brings that same energy and care.

The Yukon Liberal team has worked hard to keep the territory moving forward with smart, responsive leadership. I’m proud to be stepping forward with a team that puts people first.

Between now and the next election, I’ll listen, learn, show up, and do the work. I hope to earn your trust and support.
